Hello, everyone!
As some of you who follow Rem on social media know already, Rem had fallen ill a few months ago, nearly right after the pre-order closed, and they were unable to work on Devil’s Candy for a while. Because we had to launch on a specific date to accommodate the Viz edition's announcements, we launched while book elements (such as the finalized covers) were in the process of being designed by Rem. As of the present these elements are still in production but are on track towards completion.
As we near the original shipping date, we sorted due dates with Rem for these elements to be submitted October / November 2022 so they can work without stress. We wanted to update you all to let you know the book will be late for these reasons, and we hope you will continue to support Rem as they heal.
On the Hiveworks side, we have been working on ordering the rewards with already completed designs. We’ll be updating you all more frequently as steps are completed. Thank you all for your support and patience as we work on Devil’s Candy just during this spooky season of autumn!
