Unfortunately we have been dealing with some delays in the warehouse which we only just recently resolved.
We anticipate to start shipping rewards within November at the latest. Once the warehouse has finished kitting the last tier, we'll start scheduling those shipments. We'll have more details once the warehouse is ready to ship items.
