The rewards for each tier are all assembled together, but we hit a couple of hiccups over the summer, which has lead to a delay in reward shipping. We will be adjusting the shipment schedule to after the holiday season.
We'll have more updates in the new year 2025.
In the meantime, if you need to change your shipping address, you can do so by signing into your Hivemill account using the email you made the order with. If you do not have an account, you can create one when you first log in here : https://hivemill.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount
As a reminder - you must update the address on the ORDER (which begins with HVO) rather than the account. Changes made at the account level are not reflected on individual past orders. If the order itself is not updated, your reward will be delivered to the incorrect address.
