We have an update on shipping. We have since resolved some backlog at the warehouse, which started in the August when we had planned to send things out which took our focus away from here. We anticipate shipping out rewards by the end of the holidays, but if that date gets moved closer we will update you. Thank you for your patience as we worked through this delay.
If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so by signing into your Hivemill account using the email you made the order with. If you do not have an account, you can create one when you first log in here : https://hivemill.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount
As a reminder - you must update the address on the ORDER (which begins with HVO) rather than the account. Changes made at the account level are not reflected on individual past orders. If the order itself is not updated, your reward will be delivered to the incorrect address.
